‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’ Season 4 Spoilers: CJ Solves A Case With Jake & Holt; What To Expect In ‘Captain Latvia’ Episode?

Fox comedy series, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" just aired its 77th episode entitled, "Overmining" and it is full of hilarious yet insightful comedy that the series is known for. This Dec. 6 episode saw Captain CJ (Ken Mariano) seeking the help of Holt (Andre Braugher) and Jake (Andy Samberg) to solve a huge drug case. Meanwhile, this article will also spill plot details about the upcoming episode, "Captain Latvia" so read on.

An article from A.V. Club narrates how CJ tries to recover from the drawback of losing a huge evidence for a drug case with the help of Jake and Holt. To recover the bag full of drugs, the three detectives posed as drug dealers in a restaurant. This plan would score them a lead from one of the suspects who know Flaco, the one who has the evidence they need to recover.


CJ, Jake, and Holt would eventually arrest Flaco and the Captain would be honored for it. Yet CJ's happiness is short-lived as he ended up telling how incompetent he is in the press conference by mentioning that he had to lose the evidence before solving the case.

As to the "Captain Latvia" episode to be aired on Dec. 13, Spoilers Daily reports that Mary Lynn Rajskub (Genevieve Mirren-Carter) and Antonio Raul Corbo (Nikolaj Boyle) will appear as guest stars. The holiday spirit is in the air in this "Brooklyn Nine-Nine episode as Charles (Joe Lo Truglio) will try to find his child's favorite toy to give as a gift for Christmas.

He will need Jake's help to do this but unfortunately, their search will lead them to a Latvian criminal syndicate. Meanwhile, the group of detectives is busy getting ready for the yearly caroling competition. The team is determined to do everything to beat MTA, their rival.
