It's almost two months since the "Daredevils" stars Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their split, and, until now, the ex-couple remains to be among the hottest topics in the news. Just recently, Affleck was spotted without his wedding ring. Does this suggest anything?

An eyewitness told Entertainment Tonight that the "Gone Girl" actor left his ring at home when he went on a family outing to Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark, Calif., on Monday. In the said event, Affleck was with his three children, Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, along with the new nanny for the kids.

The actor was wearing a tight blue T-shirt, a baseball cap and shades. The source said that Affleck appears to be tired while with the kids, but he was doing his best to put in the effort to keep up with the children.

However, a source close to the 43-year-old actor revealed otherwise, "Ben spent the whole weekend focused on the kids. They all seemed to have a fun weekend. Ben took them on several outings and looked happy," Mirror reports.

According to ET Online, Affleck has been spending quality time with his three kids in Los Angeles while Garner films her latest flick, "Miracles from Heaven," in Atlanta. The couple is very hands-on when it comes to parenting, and it's normal for them that one looks after the kids when the other is busy filming for a project.

On a separate occasion, the "Town" actor was also spotted running errands in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and, again, the Oscar winner was not wearing his wedding band. According to People, the actor donned a blue polo and jeans. He was holding a drink, and his wedding ring was visibly missing in his bare finger.

For those wondering what these gestures are, a source confirmed to Us Weekly that Affleck and Garner have officially removed their wedding rings. The source added that it was "clear they were together for the kids." However, an Affleck insider remained positive that things are okay between the exes.

Another source revealed that the ex-couple were indeed in good terms and keeping their peace for their children. Another source revealed to People that the children "are a big part of why they're still wearing [the rings]. They just want them to be okay."

An earlier report from Parent Herald suggests that Affleck does not want to lose his family and that Garner has put their divorce on hold to give her ex-husband a chance. However, with the pair removing their wedding rings, maybe they are now ready to move forward with their separate lives.
