‘How To Get Away With Murder’ Season 3 Spoilers: Did Annalise Or Connor Kill Wes?

The mid-season finale of "HTGAWM" featured the major twist in the history of the show. Wes Gibbins' (Alfred Enoch) demise was witnessed by the fans when the beloved character got caught in the fire at Casa De Keating. As season 3 moves forward, fans are now anxious to know who could have possibly killed Wes?

Fans were not greatly shocked with Wes' death as the series showrunner Peter Nowalk had already teased that "HTGAWM" will feature the death of a beloved character. Somehow, the fans were already prepared to see the death, but not all were expecting Wes to be the unfortunate character. Now that Wes has met his demise, the next plot fans will look forward to is unveiling of the murderer. Who could have likely killed Wes?

One candidate for Wes' killer is Connor (Jack Falahee). Fans can recall that Connor has previously given Wes a death threat. It is also a known fact that Connor does not like Wes.

Furthermore, when Connor arrived at the hospital, his reaction gave out some proofs hinting he could be the murderer. Apparently, when he reached the hospital, Connor asked who have died, instead of just asking who has been hurt from the fire incident. His question suggests he already knew someone has died. In addition, Connor did not look appalled about the situation, when everybody expects him to look surprised, Movie News Guide reported.

In another report, TVFanatic has noted that Wes is regarded as the best character in the series, while others find him to be dragging down the show. Next to Annalise Keating (Viola Davis), Wes is considered to be a significant character in "HTGAWM."

The publication also recalled the special closeness between Wes and Annalise. The two knew a lot about each other and as things have surprisingly turned in the series, it could also possibly unveil Annalise to be behind the killing of Wes. Annalise could have taken down Wes to prevent him from snitching her over to the cops.
