Why Queen Elizabeth II Is Ditching Charity Giving

Queen Elizabeth II is a supporter and backer of more than 600 people, a few of whom she had been a backer or patron of since the year 1952. The Queen had been and will continue to be a patron. However, she will now include her family to serve with her. Her family members will share the work and will support the cause as well.

The Palace Buckingham said that this was the start of a scheme. The patronages would proceed to the other royal family members. According to BBC News, this has set an example.

Queen Elizabeth II has had a lot of load on her back but now given the involvement of her family into charitable causes, it'll help her find some leeway. This will lessen the load on Queen Elizabeth II and even though she will continue to be working as a patron but only with the support of her family and her sons. This is an unavoidable job and especially as retiring and backing off from it is not a job, as per The Independent.

Queen Elizabeth II has decided to divide the work to lessen the load. She will not be traveling or fly to long distances now. Her sons will now be traveling to places and representing her in place of her own self. As her son, Prince Harry had replaced his mother in the Caribbean the past month.

Her other son Prince Charles will also be a part of this. He would fly over to Canada instead of his mother and would be doing what Queen Elizabeth II  used to do. She now won't have to stand at the inauguration for long periods now, as her royal family would now conduct some of her major events and ceremonies. This announcement was made and Queen Elizabeth II  divided these charity programs in Prince Harry, Prince William and Prince Charles at the royal gathering they had when they began their Christmas celebrations.
