Filming for the "Sherlock" Season 4 is about to begin this spring and the production has been actively documenting the set preparations on social media. While plot details remain a top secret as always, there are hints that the show will be introducing another Holmes brother and a death.

Arwel Wyn Jones from the "Sherlock" production posted some photos about the filming preparations on his Twitter. The crew has been busy with the set since the start of the year so that the cameras are ready to roll in time for filming this April.

All of the show's original cast members, namely Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, Amanda Abbington, Jonathan Airis and Louise Brealey, are expected to reprise their roles for the fourth season. But it has been hinted that another Holmes brother might be added to the story as the writers plan on focusing the plot on Sherlock's family, per Latin Times.

While rumors persisted that Mary will die during the show's special offering back in early 2015 and it didn't happen, there are now speculations that this angle will be dealt with in the upcoming season. After all, this is the original trajectory of Mary's story in the books and even the actors acknowledge this fact. "While we play it fast and loose with the original stories, we generally follow the trajectory of what Conan Doyle did. So he [Watson] gets married, and then Mary dies - so at some point presumably she'll die," Freeman previously told Telegraph.
