Hilary Baldwin announced her third pregnancy in a shameless selfie that showed more than her baby bump. The wife of Alec Baldwin encourages women all over the world the importance of positive body image.

Page Six featured Hilaria Baldwin's Instagram post Monday night showing her baby bump. The picture was captioned "We don't need to be ashamed or hide the pregnant figure."

Hilaria is known to be an advocate of healthy body image to women all over the world. "Being my third baby in three years," Baldwin captioned the photo. Hilaria Baldwin further shared her sentiments, perceiving every body as amazing and a reason for celebration, instead of feeling "embarrased" and wanting to hide because of the added baby weight.

This is Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldiwn's third baby together, following the birth of their son Rafael nine months ago. Alec Baldwin earlier announced the great news on his Instagram account as well.

Hilaria had also taken to Instagram her pregnancy with her second child Rafael according to E! Online. It appears that she will be doing the same thing with her third child.

However, she has a deeper purpose than showing the incredible journey of pregnancy. She wants to encourage women to embrace their new bodies, and not be ashamed of them.

With each pregnancy, Hilaria seems to learn more about herself and her own body. Earlier on, Hilaria told E! News her struggles with her newborn son, Rafael. With Rafa, her days seemed to go on endlessly.

She noted thought that she gets help with her daughter, Carmen. She says that she has become the ultimate big sister; from changing diapers to bathing Rafa and even over-protective of Rafa even with her mom Hilaria.
