"GTA 5 Redux Mod" features a massive change in the graphical design of the game. It improves the graphics to make it more realistic and it seems this "GTA 5 Redux Mod" has made it.
With the released trailer, "GTA 5 Redux Mod"showcased a lot of changes, the stunning real-life company billboards and a numerous real-life brand of cars to mention a few. The "GTA 5 Redux Mod" provides the best realistic feel of the game.

However, the release of the "GTA 5 Redux Mod" was delayed due to some hacking issues. In a press release by Gamespot, is says that the "GTA 5 Redux Mod" creator Josh Romito was hacked. Romito's files were stolen and some are deleted by an anonymous hacker from his home network and workstation.
Fortunately, Josh Romito has a backup and was able to retrieve the files, though some of the data have been lost. The PC Gamer cited that Romito confirms that the release will be announced soon and he needs a little time to re-create the lost data as soon as possible.
"GTA 5 Redux Mod" is considered to be a total overhaul of the graphic details of the GTA 5. The new "GTA 5 Redux Mod"was originally set to release last August 26th, but it is now moved to September 16th as the Eurogamer confirmed.
