Robert Downey Jr. To Be Replaced By Iron-Clad Riri Williams In 'Iron Man' Reboot, RDJ Confirmed?

For the past months, speculations are rife regarding the release of "Iron Man 4" and Robert Downey Jr. to be replaced by Riri Williams as the new iron-clad hero. RDJ, being active in the social media world, answers these rumors indirectly through his posts.

Fans can attest that Robert Downey Jr. is active on different social media platforms, constantly posting about anything, may it be a comedy or a serious and pressing issue. RDJ sometimes makes fun of himself and his co-stars. Just recently, his posts on his social media account, particularly in Facebook, have been all about his iconic role in Marvel Cinematic Universe - "Iron Man".

MCU did not release any statement or update about "Iron Man 4". However, RDJ teased on his FB page, posted a photo from Marvel's Tumblr page with his face plastered into "Iron Man's" comic book version, and captioned: "Suiting up."

Robert Downey Jr. aka Tony Stark has always been cryptic when it comes to giving comments about reprising his role for the Marvel sequel. Reports have it that RDJ is starting to open up to the idea as there are speculations going on about a younger female actress replacing him.

Fans are starting to worry about RDJ's fate as Marvel revealed the new face of the "Iron Man" comic books a few months ago. Riri Williams is rumored to replace the iconic "Iron Man" as she was announced as the new iron-clad hero. The concerned parties have not given any comment or confirmation regarding the speculations.
