Date Night! Parents Kate Middleton, Prince William To Attend 'Spectre' Bond 24 Premiere [Trailer & Release Date]

The opening of "Spectre" just became a bit more high profile as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have confirmed their attendance to the Bond film's world premiere.

The 24th James Bond film premiere -- set to take place on Monday, October 26, at The Royal Albert Hall in London -- will be attended by a total of three members of the Royal Family, Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge along with the Duke's brother Prince Harry.

The news was announced via the Kensington Palace's official Twitter page. In the post, a photo of the three accompanied the caption: The Duke and Duchess and Prince Harry will attend the world premiere of #SPECTRE in aid of @thectbf on Oct 26."

Responding to the news of the attendance of the three Royals, Producers Michael G Wilson and Barbara Broccoli said in a statement via Mirror UK: "We are honoured that their royal highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry will attend the Royal Film Performance of Spectre and delighted the CTBF will be the beneficiary of the event."

Design & Trend notes that the Royals will be in for a treat as the newest installment of the popular spy franchise will be the longest running Bond film to date. "Spectre" will run for a total of 160 minutes, considerably longer than the previous length record holder "Casino Royale," which lasted about 145 minutes.

That's not all, the film will feature two "firsts"for the franchise when it comes to its infamous Bond girls. Monica Bellucci (Widow Lucia Sciarra), who at the age of 50 will be the most seasoned bombshell. Bellucci will be joined by Stephanie Sigman, the first ever Mexican Bond girl.

The leading cast for the film include Daniel Craig as Agent 007 James Bond, Ben Whishaw, Christoph Waltz, Lea Seydoux, David Bautista, Naomie Harris, and Ralph Fiennes. The film is directed by Sam Mendes.
