After suffering a terrible miscarriage 3 years ago, 34-year-old Charlotte Church is now expecting her third child.

Church Announces Her Pregnancy

The former child singing star announced the good news in a tweet last Sunday after saying that she will not be performing in the upcoming charity concert due to the coronavirus.

Church was supposed to perform with the frontman of Manic Street Preachers - James Dean Bradfield, but she suddenly pulled out. The concert was held to raise funds for the Welsh flood victims.

She said that she should miss the concert rather than go all out with the plan that could risk her current pregnancy. She is glad that it seems that the concert was a great success.

Church's Concern to the Public

Charlotte complimented her fans for being smart and proactive. She then asked her followers to call out politicians to protect everyone from the quickly spreading virus.

She said that this is a great opportunity for higher positions to do the right thing. She wants them to be courageous and to let their love for their people overflow.

Just like Nikki and Brie Bella, Church is one of the many pregnant celebrities who advises everyone to stay home when they are feeling unwell to prevent the further spread of the coronavirus disease.

Charlotte has been posting a lot on her Twitter account concerning the outbreak.

She posted 4 days ago, looking for any technology company that can build an application for a network of child care to help the health workers.

On the same day, she also posted, saying that this is a great time to find refuge in nature since, in mountains, forests, rivers, and beaches, there is a minimal virus. In another post, she is looking for an article or research on how to delay the spread of the virus.

Church Happy Being Pregnant

This will be be Church's first child with musician husbadn, Jonathan Powell, after a miscarriage during her first pregnancy. The couple secretly married in Oct. 2017, 3 months after she told the public of her miscarriage.

In June 2017, she posted on her Twitter account that both she and her husband are sad about having lost a baby. She asked her fans to give them peace to grieve and be together as one family.

The "Crazy Chick" singer announced her pregnancy during her performance onstage in May 2017 at Birmingham Pride.

The 34-year-old said that she wanted to have another baby as she enjoys being pregnant. She remembers that 10 minutes after giving birth to her firstborn, Ruby; she loved the feeling and that she wants to do it all over again. She's had live home births for both her children.

Seven years after they first dated, Charlotte married Jonathan at a registry office in Cardiff in an intimate wedding. Afterward, they had a garden ceremony at home.

Charlotte also has 2 children with her ex-boyfriend and former Wales rugby player Gavin Henson, namely Ruby, 12, and Dexter, 11.
