'Pitch Perfect 3' Release Date & Cast: Unreleased Scene Shown; Anna Kendrick Is Adorable In Sequel Footage [Video]

Just when everybody thought that there was no more "Pitch Perfect," the third movie was announced. Fans were ecstatic and many are excited to see the third franchise of the musical comedy film.

Last month, Hailee Steinfeld, who debuted in the second flick, revealed that she's still part of the upcoming hit musical franchise. "I'm in," Steinfeld told E! Online. "I can't wait! It's all happening. "

Among the other stars who will be reprising their roles in "Pitch Perfect 3" are Rebel Wilson, Britanny Snow and Anna Kendrick. Kay Cannon, who wrote the first two will also be penning the third film. Elizabeth Banks, who directed the second movie and her husband Max Handelman will be producing.

When the third franchise was announced in June, Kendrick turned to social media and posted a photo of her showing her three fingers which she captioned with "Happening #3"

Banks did the same. She posted a concept art of "Pitch Perfct 3" featuring Beca and Fat Amy, which she captioned with "It's on. #PitchPerfect3."

While the third film is still two years away, fans should keep themselves entertained with "Pitch Perfect 2." The DVD for "Pitch Perfect 2" will be released on Tuesday, Sept.22,  and it is necessary to take the time to watch the deleted scenes from the film before tearing the plastic off and popping the disk in the DVD player, according to Hello Giggle.

For those who wish for a recap, the sequel was set three years after "Pitch Perfect." The Bellas completely embarrassed themselves at Lincoln Center and decided to regain themselves by joining an international competition. Meanwhile, Beca landed an impressive internship and is struggling to balance both commitments.

Perhaps, many have viewed this scene already, which features Jesse dropping off Beca at her first day of internship. However, the clip below is still worth watching because it features the uncut version of the scene, which is rich in hilarious bits.

In the clip, Beca was trying to be sentimental, making Jesse felt that he left her and even suggested that he should feel guilty. Jesse responded that he is not leaving Beca behind forever and that they will be fine because they are “Jesseca”. He admitted that he was a bit disappointed with himself but he encourages Beca to finish the internship and follow him in LA where they will live a West Coast lifestyle together and will both have plastic surgeries. Jesse will have his nose bigger and Beca will be beautiful, it was their ream life.

There’s a big possibility that the third film show this. "Pitch Perfect 3" will be released on July 21, 2017.
