Catch up with your dad

Without all the gadgets and technology, gather the family with your dad, and have a chit-chat with him. Talk about anything and everything under the sun. Share stories you have never talked about before. Listen to his advice about life. Ask him also about his life because you do not have the chance to do it every day. You do not know, but he might need your ears to listen to his stories.

Tell him that you love him

Dads love their children to bits. However, there are times when they fail to tell them because they are not the sentimental type, just like mothers. Children, on the other hand, sometimes feel awkward to say how much they love their dads. On his day, remind your father how much you appreciate him by telling him that you love him. He will surely love to hear those three words.

Call him

Parents love hearing from their grown-up children. Sometimes children are too busy to give their parents a call. On this particular day, give your dad a call. By just hearing your voice, your dad would surely be glad that you gave them a ring.
