The newborn baby
According to a Daily Mail report, the parents of the baby, Tiffany and John Wroe, are now residing in Nairobi, Kenya. They were originally from Manchester.
In the report, the newborn baby is said to be 11 months old. Baby Saul has moderate to severe hearing loss when he was born. Both of his ears were affected by this condition.
Because of his hearing problems, the newborn baby can only hear sounds with 60 decibels and above. Those who do not have any hearing problems can listen to sounds at 20 decibels.
Hearing his parents' voices for the first time
In the uplifting video that Tiffany shared on her Facebook page, she shared that they have long been waiting for the day that their Baby Saul can finally hear.
On August 11, the newborn baby's hearing aids were fitted.
Tiffany and John were able to capture in an uplifting video the first few moments that Saul heard his parents' voices on camera.
The mom and dad of the newborn baby introduced their voices to Saul. John even planted a kiss on his son's forehead.
In the uplifting video, it was seen that the parents' voices made the little boy smile. Something that made the couple emotional. Tiffany shared in her post, "It was definitely such an emotional/special moment for us all. He is our little super star."
