There is no third party to the Kim Kardashian-Kanye West divorce rumors. However, Kim has reportedly had enough of her husband from his bipolar disease to his ambition to run for the United States presidency. Meanwhile, Kanye allegedly wanted to divorce Kim for years now, having enough of the Kardashian family.

Kim Hires Celeb Attorney Laura Wassner

The KKW Beauty founder reportedly has had a celebrity attorney on retainer for months now, Dailymail UK reported. Celeb divorce attorney Laura Wassner handled high-net-worth divorce cases like that of Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears, Heidi Klum, and Ashton Kutcher.

Wassner is also the divorce attorney who handled the Kim Kardashian Kris Humphries divorce. The ex-couple were married in 2011 for only 72 days. Meanwhile, Kim has been married to Kanye for almost seven years.

Kim Kardashian Wants Full Custody of Kids

Neither the divorce case nor the custody battle has begun as of date. The couple is reportedly still going through counseling. Kardashian is keen on making the best decision for her children before making the final choice of filing for divorce, Elle reported.

Kardashian and West have four children together-North West, 7, Saint West, 5, Chicago West, 2, and Psalm West, 1. The parents are said to be keen on fighting hard for their kids. Meanwhile, Kim reportedly made it clear to Kanye that she wants full custody of their kids. If Kanye fights her, the custody battle is set to be a brutal one.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is focused on what is best for her kids and will protect them at all cost. While she will always care for the rapper, it is not about their marriage anymore. Kardashian reportedly felt overwhelmed taking care of Kanye. Still, she wants to carefully think the divorce through and not just walk away from it.

Kim is looking to have an amicable settlement and co-parent with Kanye as best as possible. All Kardashian wants now is to focus on law school and raise her kids safely and in a stable environment.

Kim and Kanye reportedly had a big fight early in December. The couple was apart for Christmas and did not spend the holidays together as a family. Kardashian was with their kids in California while West stayed at their Wyoming ranch.

The rapper further insinuated that Kim had an inappropriate relationship with Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill. He tweeted that he had been trying to divorce his wife since then.

Meanwhile, Kim reportedly jetted to Wyoming after the event. Kim was photographed breaking down in the car during an emotional conversation with West. Kim reportedly feels very hurt, exhausted, and ignored by Kanye. She reportedly knows for a while now that her marriage with Kanye is over.
