Meghan Markle and Prince Harry To Expect a Second Baby! A New Addition To The Royal Family

As the Duke Prince Harry and Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle reveal the news on Sunday, the royal family expects their second child together. 

Archie Harrison, their first son, will now have a younger brother. Archie, who turns two on May 6, and his royal parents will now become a family of four!

"We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child," couples spokesperson told the People in an interview. 

Meghan and Harry opened up about their pregnancy like news flowing with a beautiful black-and-white photo shot by their friend and very longtime photographer, Misan Harriman, which was only taken using an iPad. A smiling Harry on his barefoot looks lovingly at Meghan, who, while lying in his lap, cradles her baby bump.

The Duchess of Sussex is wearing Carolina Herrera's elegant flowing dress, which she wore too on her first produced pregnancy with Archie. Meghan has a longstanding friendship with the artistic director of the company, Wes Gordon.

The Valentine's Day news comes after Meghan, 39, announces the very saddening news of her miscarriage last July. Meghan wrote in a wearingly frank and tragic New York Times essay on November 25, "Losing a child means carrying an almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few,"

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry both had previously formally stepped down as senior royals. In this decision, which was considered revolutionary from the couple, their desire to have an everyday family life makes them come up with it. A legit source from the palace said to PEOPLE that "they knew they were going to hit the nuclear button" as deciding to exit the royal court.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Will Be Expecting a New Baby

The couple's baby No. 2 is the fifth grandchild of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana. 

Their second baby may also be the last one for the royal parents. Harry spoke to Jane Goodall about climate change in an interview in the September 2019 issue of British Vogue. Harry openly told Jane that the Prince had given even more thought to after having a child of his own. As "children" was mentioned during the interview,  Goodall playfully warned him not to have "too many" for the sake of the environment.

Harry responded with enthusiasm, too, claiming to have only "two maximum."

Harry and Meghan haven't mentioned any dates for their second baby's due. Let's be prepared for bump cradle and maternity fashions, and maybe just even another round of twin chat before their bundle arrives. After all, the watchers for Royal's whereabouts are always seemed fascinated with every detail of their fantastic news. It also happens when Meghan was still on the road of her pregnancy on their first son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, and honestly, they aren't the only ones. 

And since the royal couple was overjoyed in welcoming baby Archie, their baby no. 2 brought them "over the moon" too, as they are way too excited again to welcome the new addition to the family.
