The pandemic lockdown forced everyone to slow down. Movies got delayed, screenings and filming postponed, even annual galas and events like the Golden Globes had to be done virtually. But if there is anything good that comes out of the lockdown, families have more time to spend.

Even actors like George Clooney have more time with his wife and twin toddlers now. But does that mean George Clooney is likely to leave Hollywood and become a celebrity stay at home dad?

The "Oceans Eleven" actor previously shared that his wife Amal Alamuddin changed his life and everything about her became infinitely more important than about the actor. He also opened up about the behavior of his toddlers.

He said Ella takes after her mother, Amal, who is smart and likes to put things in order, Harpers Bazaar revealed. Meanwhile, the prankster himself took pride in the fact that his son Alexander likes to prank people. "I just don't know where he got [pranking] from, maybe from his mother," joked Clooney.

Now that the Clooneys are quarantined in their LA mansion together, rumors circulate that the actor "tells his friends all the time" that he is thinking of leaving Hollywood and becoming a full-time parent.

Apparently, Clooney is said to be doing laundry, dishes, and now he prefers to be a hands-on dad to his twins. But Gossip Cop debunks the rumors noting the countless productions slated for the actor on hiatus due to the pandemic.

George Clooney Busy with Work

No, George Clooney is not leaving Hollywood. He has several works lined up for him as an actor and as a director. George Clooney is currently busy filming "The Tender Bar" in the Boston area. He has been directing since late February. The film is based on the memoir of Yale graduate and author J.R. Moehringer.

The Oscar-award-winning actor is also set to film a romantic comedy with Julia Roberts later this year, Daily Mail UK reported. The film "Ticket to Paradise" centers around a divorced couple who travels to Bali, Indonesia, with hopes of saving their daughter from repeating their mistake 25 years ago. The production was well-received by the Australian government, which gave a $6.4 million grant as part of their location incentive program.

Clooney may be bonding more often with his kids like many parents are during the lockdown, but that does not mean he will be giving up his career in the entertainment industry. Well, not anytime soon, that is.
