'Captain America: Civil War' Cast & Trailer: Plot Leak Confirms Fate Of Captain America, Chris Evans Explains Feud With Iron Man [Rumors]

While the release date of Marvel's upcoming superhero flick "Captain America: Civil War" nears, more and more information about the film were revealed. Recent reports explain the feud between Captain America and Iron Man straight from actor Chris Evans, who played the titular role in the anticipated "Civil War."

It is a known fact that the Avengers will be divided in the "Civil War." One group will be led by the Star-Spangled Avenger Steve Rogers aka Captain America and the other group will be headed by the genius billionaire Tony Stark aka Iron Man. However, many are still wondering why the two superheroes ended in that way, was it because of the Superhero Registration Act (SRA) or The Accords?

Evans stressed during the Salt Lake Comic Con panel when he was peppered with question about the "Captain America: Civil War" that there's  no right side.  The superheroes were required to sign accords governing their actions and this policy creates a rift between the two brothers who used to fight together, Cap and Iron Man, The Salt Lake Tribue reports.

"Tony actually thinks we should be signing these accords and reporting to somebody and Cap, who's always been a company man and has always been a soldier, actually doesn't trust anymore. Given what happened in Cap 2, I think he kind of feels the safest hands are his own," said Evans.

Evans explained further that such issue is an understandable concern, but quite tough. In fact, he gets Stark's point and even agreed that to make things work they need to surrender to  the group. It can't be just one person saying just what's right and not.

"But Cap has his reasons, he certainly has his reasons, and he is a good man and his moral compass is probably the cleanest," Evans further explained. "This is a tough thing. This is what made it so interesting while we were filming, and it's hopefully what will make the movie great is nobody's right, nobody's wrong. There's no clear bad guy here. We both have a point of view, which is akin to most disagreements in life and politics."

On the other hand, in the Marvel Comic's "Civil War" written by Mark Miller Rogers is gunned down and his dying wish was for IroMan to look after his  best buddy Bucky  Barnes aka  The Winter Soldier, whom he appointed as the new Star-Spangled Avenger, according to ComicBook.com.

With this many are concerned if Cap will be bidding goodbye after "Civil War." However, good news, looks like he will be staying longer. According to MoviePilot, Evans has just signed for a 5-year contract with Marvel and he won't die in the trilogy, but might get arrested just like the other versions in the comics. In fact, Evans will start shooting for "Avengers: Infinity" Part 1 and Part 2 next year.

"Captain America: Civil War" premieres on May 6, 2016.
