Are you looking for a new and exciting game to play with your family? If so, we have compiled a list of five games that will keep you entertained and guessing. These games are perfect for anyone who loves playing games together as a family!

Guess The Flag

Guess the Flag is a game that can be played by kids of all ages! Players sit in a circle and try to guess what country flag belongs to each person.

The rules for this game are easy: players must hold up one hand with their thumb hidden behind their fingers, then place it down again when they think another player has guessed their flag correctly. When you're stumped as to which flag belongs to which country, check the answer on Ultimateflags.com. If they are correct, then the player who has just lost gets to explain what makes that country's flag special! If it turns out another person had already guessed your flag, you must drink one sip of beer or water before holding up your hand again for someone else to try.

The game is over when all the players have correctly guessed each other's flags.

Telephone

The telephone game is a guessing game and party game in which the first player whispers a message to their neighbor, who then passes it along down the line of players until the last person announces aloud what they heard.

The telephone game can be played by children as well as adults, but it works best with larger groups of people (ideally over six). The more players there are, the harder it becomes for each person in line to hear clearly what was said at the beginning of the game.

Light as a Feather

This game is similar to a hot potato but with less of an emphasis on physical contact. All players stand in a circle and hold hands. The first person begins by saying "light as a feather" while knocking their fingertips against the next player's hand three times. This continues down the line until someone makes one mistake. If a player makes a mistake, they must stand in the middle of the circle until another person joins them. The last two people standing are declared the winner and get to start again!

Light as a Feather can be used to teach children about patience and waiting their turn.

Simon Says

Everyone knows how to play, Simon says, and most kids enjoy it too! This game is a great way for parents and children to bond.

Similar to the telephone game, players sit in a circle, facing each other. The first person begins by saying "Simon says" followed by action; for example: touch your head, jump up and down. If the action was not preceded by "Simon says," then players should remain seated or standing still. The last person to do what Simon said gets out of the game and has to watch from outside of the circle until another player joins them.

The goal is for all participating children to stay in the game until the end. The game ends when all players are sitting outside of the circle watching other children continue to play.
