The "Dancing with the Stars" professional dancer, Sharna Burgess, shared adorable video clips on Instagram Thursday of her and baby Zane to mark a sweet milestone of her newborn baby, writing in the caption, "3 months of you," per Good Morning America (GMA).

She continued, "3 months of watching you grow, of being in awe of you, and of experiencing a love like I've never known. Motherhood is by far the coolest thing I've ever done, and I'm so grateful for all of it. The magic, the love, the fear, the sleepless nights, and the memories of it all," and ended her caption with "I am the luckiest Mama in all the land.

The TV Judge faced an intense postpartum recovery

In August, Burgess opened up about her intense postpartum recovery and experience of having a cesarean section, admitting she didn't know anything about birth and pregnancy-related stuff. She hadn't wanted a birth plan as she didn't want to go into it and have it suddenly change on her. She didn't think she would have a C-section, and because she had not done any research, she had no idea what recovery would be like.

On the other hand, she said she was in love with the experience she had been through and felt grateful, as it made her the best woman and mother she is today. She added that her experience came with an incredible little boy. Zane Walker Green is the couple's first child together but Brian's fifth boy.

Green revealed to a news outlet that he loves being a parent. While some people were cut out for other aspects of life, he emphasized that he loves parenting. The ballroom dancer chimed in and said knowing her boyfriend is experienced makes her feel calm. There were times when she felt like anything could go wrong with the baby, which made her think she was crazy, but when she discussed it with Brian, the latter would say that what she was going through was normal, especially in the parenting stage.

According to NCBI, postpartum depression occurs in approximately 6.5 percent to 20 percent of women. This usually happens within six weeks after childbirth.

The couple heads out with the newborn son

The "Beverly Hills, 90210" actor was seen with his family on Friday at the Malibu Chili Cook-Off. He kept his look casual and relaxed while his girlfriend, Sharna Burgess, carried their newborn son, Zane, in her arms.

Later on in the eventful day, the "Desperate Housewives" actor was seen with his six-year-old son, Journey, whom he shares with his former wife, Megan Fox. The cheerful couple was seen holding hands as they strolled around Malibu together, per Daily Mail.
