The Only Murders in the Building star that due to her bipolar medications, she admitted the possibility of not being able to get pregnant and carry her own children, expressing that this is a "very big, big, present thing" in her life.

Yet, it does not mean that she does not want to become a mom one day soon. The musician bravely declared that however she is meant to have children, she will.

Accepting that it is not going away

The actress even revealed that these days, she is focused on befriending her bipolar disorder, E! News reported.

She shared with Rolling Stone that when she was diagnosed and while figuring out the treatment she needs to undergo, it was so much of a hard work to accept her condition, and yet somehow she learned to deal with it knowing and embracing the fact that it was not going to go away.

She has then experimented with several types of therapies like dialectical behavior and cognitive behavioral therapy, and has visited various gurus and therapists.

Wondermind

Most recently, to tell her story and be able to give other people a safe place to open up about theirs and learn from each other, she has launched "Wondermind," a website devoted to mental fitness and reset one's mindset.

When asked about her current relationship with her mental health, the actress explained, "When moments come up, or there are triggers that come up, I feel more comfortable to take action in doing the things that are necessary for me to feel safe, to feel heard, and to feel loved no matter what state I'm in. I think that takes a lot of time and I'm nowhere near perfect, but I'm really happy. It's just important to check in."

Right now the Rare Beauty founder has accepted the truth that she cannot just sit and feel sorry for herself. She acknowledges that she needs to get out of her own head, no matter how hard that is every single time, so she makes sure to actively do things every day. It may just be as simple as reading a passage in a book or a passage of her favorite poetry, which she says really helps her "reframe" her mindset. Working out in the morning or having coffee and 30 minutes to herself, also go a long way, according to her.
