The long wait is finally over for the Molitors with the family announcing they are having a baby girl.

Mom of six Sarah Molitor shared the happy news in an emotional Instagram post on Sunday, November 13. The video captured Sarah and her husband Tim as they learned the sex of their seventh baby that is on the way.

The couple held confetti cannons as they stood with their six sons - Crew, Beck, Griffy, Jude, Hudson, and Chase - in their home. The boys wore matching sweaters as they joined their parents in the thrilling gender reveal. The family bursted into excited screams as pink confetti exited the cannons.

Sarah emotional upon learning she's having a girl

Sarah fell to the ground while holding her youngest kid, both crying and laughing at the same time as she can't believe she is finally having a daughter.

Cheers and excited chatter can be heard by their loved ones in the room, who are not shown on the video. One person asked Sarah, who was seen catching her breath and processing the thrilling news, if she thought having a baby girl could be possible. The shocked mom said no as she shook her head.

Tim can't believe the blessing that came their way, repeating the words "It's a girl" in the video. He was seen laughing in disbelief as one of their sons ran into Sarah's arms.

Sarah spoke to PEOPLE magazine about the exciting news, saying that she's had joy and peace during this entire pregnancy. She said that to this point, they had fully expected and were thrilled at the thought of baby no. 7 being a boy.

She explained that seven boys is so unique and special so right before the confetti came out, their hearts were just ready and expecting another boy. Sarah said that is the reason why the pink took them by such surprise.

The soon-to-be mother of seven, who is the creator of the Modern Farmhouse Family lifestyle blog, said she was processing two big emotions during the gender reveal as she realized she'd finally add a baby daughter to her family.

She added that the first being that she was no longer an all boy mom and the second being that she was having a girl! Sarah said the emotions just took over, and she was shaking with surprise! She admitted that it has been a shock all around but such a sweet unexpected gift to them.

The baby girl's big brothers are some of the most excited people in the family following the revelation. She said that the boys can't stop talking about her and they have lots of newness to experience with a little girl to love on.
