Kelly Rohrbarch, Leonardo Di Caprio Engaged: Proposal Unplanned, 'She Really Understands Leo' Says Insider [Rumors]

Another bachelor is off the market. The "Romeo and Juliet" star Leonardo DiCaprio has finally found the Juliet in his life. After four months of romance, DiCaprio proposed to girlfriend Kelly Rohrbach, 25.

The "Aviator" star has had a long list of model and celebrity girlfriends, but he has finally decided to settle down. The actor thinks Rohrbach is the perfect partner for life as he proposed to her over an intimate dinner, OK! Magazine reports.

Di Caprio's model-fiancee is more than just a pretty face. Kelly is a graduate of Georgetown University. She shares her thoughts about global issues with her then-boyfriend and now fiancé. According to  the report, the couple connects on an intellectual level and it's' new to the actor.

"Kelly's incredibly smart, and she really understands Leo," a source told the publication. "She shares his passion for tackling social issues like global warming and world poverty. They connect on an intellectual level, which is new for him. She's much more than a pretty face."

According to People, Rohrbach was named "Sports Illustrated Rookie of the Year" in March. She is new  to modeling but has made a few TV  appearances in the past including "The P.E.T. Squal Files." She also had a few cameo in CBS' "Two and a Half Men," NBC's "The New Normal," TNT's "Rizzoli and Isles" and USA's "Rush."

Leo proposed to Kelly over an intimate dinner at an Italian restaurant at the Upper East Side of New York City on Sept. 26. An insider disclosed that the proposal "wasn't  planned" and that "it just happened."

The pair was reportedly enjoying a bottle of red wine and was very absorbed in their conversation. The newly engaged couple was  obviously very much in love with the way they touch and smile at each other.

In that intimate moment, "The Wolf of Wall Street" star posed and looked at her. He then confessed his plans on spending the rest of his life with Kelly. Kelly was shocked, but the actor convinced her that he meant her and she responded with a kiss, according to HollywoodLife.

 Although the now-engaged couple is very much in love, they are not in a hurry to get married. They have been talking about wedding plans, but nothing is concrete at the time. It  seems that  they want to enjoy each other as  fiancé and fiancée at the moment.

The report suggests that DiCaprio has a prenup but he believes they don't need it. "Leo is unbelievably happy," said the source. "He tells everyone she's hot, she's smart and his mom loves her."
