'Octomom' Nadya Suleman Shares Kids' 14th Birthday on Social Media, After Years of Privacy

"Octomom" Nadya Suleman celebrated her younger kids' 14th birthday. The mom who successfully gave birth to eight children is now sharing how her kids grew up.

The "Octomom" excited everyone as she posted photos of her kids smiling as they celebrated their birthdays on Instagram.

'Octomom' celebrates kids' 14th birthday

According to the Daily Mail, Nadya Suleman, now 47, uploaded images of her children on social media, such as all her eight children devouring donuts of the vegan kind.

A video showed the family singing to the octuplets - Jeremiah, Josiah, Jonah, Makai, Maliyah, Nariyah, Noah, and Isaiah before they dove into the sweet treats.

The "Octomom" treated her children to an exciting day by taking them go-kart racing at K1 Speed and then treating them to pizza for lunch.

On more than one occasion, Suleman has been seen posting pictures of her kids on her account. Her kids, the octuplets and including those before them, have been very keen on cooking.

The "Octomom" is now at the point where she is at ease when posting and sharing pictures of food that her kids cooked, wherein some of the dishes are vegan.

On her Instagram page, Suleman posted a picture of her kids with a sweet message, saying they are the most humble, thoughtful, loving, and conscientious people she has ever known.

The "octomom's" happy birthday greeting message had her hoping they would continue to grow together as a family for years to come.

Suleman ended her caption by saying she loves them and is truly blessed to be their mother.

Octuplets in the public eye

A fertility doctor in California placed 12 embryos in Suleman's body to achieve in vitro fertilization, resulting in the birth of Suleman's eight younger children.

On January 26, 2009, the octuplets were delivered by Cesarean procedure. They weighed anywhere between 1 pound and 8 ounces and 3 pounds and 4 ounces at the time.

As per People, aside from her octuplets, Suleman is the mother of six older children: Joshua, 29; Elijah, 21; Amerah, 20; Aidan, 17; and twins Calyssa and Caleb, 13. 

In recent years, Suleman has been more comfortable sharing about her kids online.

A lot of people have followed the birth of the octuplets. Numerous media outlets and shows have reached out as the family has gained fame.

The mother of the octuplets has recently been vocal about keeping them out of the public's eyes for years. They had spoken about not wanting to share them with the press when they were younger.

According to E News, the mother also penned a note for the children last year. The "octomom" said each exhibited distinct and unique features and was unlike any other child their age, especially in today's culture.

She describes the octuplets as caring, altruistic, unselfish, non-materialistic, and God-fearing. The mother also highlighted her octuplets' boldness and confidence in helping and serving those in need.
