According to Today, Sloane was at the table, wherein it appeared she had been drawing and doodling for some time when her father sat beside her.

In the video, Macklemore sat beside Sloane and started sharing how he loves his daughter's visual aesthetic and style and was impressed with her work ethic and creative eye.

Macklemore mentioned that he had an unusual concept in mind. The rapper revealed that he plans to create a music video for his upcoming single "No Bad Days," part of his new album "Ben," slated to come out on March 3.

Before asking the question, the father first assured his 7-year-old daughter that they did not have to do it if she did not want to, making sure that she did not feel forced.

Macklemore proposed the idea by saying he needed a director and wondered if she could direct the music video.

Shocked, Sloane giggled and excitedly exclaimed, "yes." The seven-year-old is understandably elated at the opportunity; she was almost close to having an emotional response and immediately hugged her father.

The father-and-daughter duo then shared a celebratory embrace as Sloane wiped tears from her eyes.

According to CNN, Macklemore, the famous rapper, had a history of including his talented daughter Sloane in his creative process. In a 2021 video shared by the rapper, he played his song "Next Year" for Sloane, who provided her feedback and thoughts on the song.

This recent collaboration on the music video for "No Bad Days" is yet another example of how Macklemore empowers his young daughter and allows her to showcase her artistic talents. The rapper clearly values his daughter's input and is excited to work with her on this project.
