Pregnant Rihanna Shows Baby Bump in Live Performance at the Oscars 2023 on a Rare Night With A$AP Rock

The second-best-selling female music artist of all time performed live at the Oscars 2023 with a very special guest - baby number two.

Rihanna shows up to the Oscar 2023 with her baby bump as her most beautiful accessory of the night.

The 35-year-old pregnant singer and actress took the Oscar stage a month after her "show stopping" halftime show at the Super Bowl LVII, where the baby in her tummy made its first cameo. She made a powerful performance singing her hit song "Lift Me Up" live, which was nominated for Best Original Song for the movie "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" during Sunday's award show, People reported.

The soon-to-be mom of two proudly displayed her bump with baby number two for everyone to see while wearing a bra top attached with shimmering jewels cascading down her tummy.

Nine-month-old son cried

Rihanna's long-time boyfriend, A$AP Rocky (née Rakim Mayers), was with her on this rare night out, giving his full support to the amazing mother of his nine-month-old son and the second one coming. After the singer's performance, A$AP Rocky stood up and raised his glass to her with a proud smile from ear to ear, showing the world that he is her biggest fan.

The Fenty Beauty owner took to her Instagram account earlier this month and shared a photo of their firstborn crying with a funny caption. She was teasing and jokingly stated that her son was crying because he found out his sibling gets to go to the Oscars, yet he cannot. This was the singer's way to officially announce her live performance at Hollywood's most-awaited award show.

The post also featured a video of her son sitting in her lap and watching Lift Me Up's music video.

Are Rihanna and A$AP Rocky married already?

Reports were circulating last January that the Grammy winner is ready for marriage with A$AP Rocky after welcoming their first baby boy. They claimed that the two are planning to tie the knot in a beach wedding that coincides with her birthday on February 20, an insider told Heat Magazine.

Confirmations are yet to be given whether the wedding did happen or not.

According to the source, Riri would love to walk down the aisle with a baby bump. She would not stop at two kids either, as she wants at least four and hopes the baby inside her is a girl or twins.

"Being a mum has changed Ri's life for the better in every way. She and Rocky are totally in sync as parents and are loving the experience. It's brought them so much closer as a couple. Ri wants a big family - she doesn't see any need to hang around and feels ready now her body has fully healed and recovered from the delivery in mid-May," the insider revealed as Capital FM quoted.
