Evangeline Lilly Post Baby Body & Weight Loss: Mom Flaunts Trim Figure In A Bikini -- What's Her Secret? [Photo]

"Ant-Man" actress Evangeline Lilly has already given birth to her second baby with partner Norman Kali.

According to E! Online, there was no official announcement to the birth, but the actress was spotted enjoying the sunny Hawaii weather in her floral bikini Wednesday. The news outlet has the exclusive photos of Evangeline as she nonchalantly rocked her post-baby body.

Evangeline, 36, kept her second pregnancy out of the press, but she surprised fans when she appeared at the "Ant-Man" premiere in Los Angeles last June. Apart from her obvious baby bump, the actress had a noticeable pregnancy glow. But she admitted that the second pregnancy has made her much more tired than the first. "The last time I was off work, I had no children, I had a partner who was busy working 18 hours a day, so I had all day to meditate and love on my baby and just be pregnant," she told People.

Evangeline and her partner welcomed their first born, Kahekili, in 2011 in a 30-hour home birth, according to Us Weekly. Despite that, she professed to have always had an easy, blissful pregnancy. "This is my second time around, and I find I've been pretty lucky. It's pretty straightforward, and I just love it. I feel good, I feel blissful," the actress told E! Online.

During her first pregnancy, the actress was not in a hurry to reclaim her pre-pregnancy figure. "I don't believe in this idea that you should have your body back two seconds after giving birth," she said, according to Chicago Sun-Times. She also said that she couldn't work out following the birth. "I was a new mother and I wasn't making enough milk at the time, so there were issues."

"I hate that women put this pressure on themselves to be in perfect shape right after giving birth. What if it takes a year or two? It's about YOU feeling healthy, so you can care for both yourself and your baby," she added.

But to eventually get back into shape, Evangeline did so by copying a tried and tested fitness routine—Jane Fonda workout video tapes. "My mom was a die-hard Jane Fonda girl," she said, according to Women's Health Mag. "She'd bring home the VCR tapes, and my sisters and I would put on our nylons and legwarmers and bathing suits and try to do it along with her." She also did 20-minute jogs, but revealed she doesn't employ a trainer or a nutritionist.
