Kim Kardashian Dangerously Squeezes Swollen Feet Into Stilettos (PHOTOS/VIDEO)

Although lately the very pregnant Kim Kardashian has been wearing more relaxed maternity wear, recently the reality star was spotted in a pair of Givenchy stilettos that squeezed her swollen feet into dangerously discomforting states while in Los Angeles on Thursday, according to the Daily Mail.

The star was in town running errands and filming her reality show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" and while her face showed little sign of discomfort, her puffy feet and ankles looked very painful caged into her high heels in some shocking photos snapped by paparazzi.

The star wore a beautiful white shift dress that hugged her baby bump in addition to the super tight heels, a pair of perspex stilettos that pinched and squeezed her feet swollen from pregnancy.

The outfit is similar to the one she wore earlier in this month in Dallas while promoting her clothing line. She kept her long black hair sleek and straight, and wore her signature smokey eye and nude lip makeup combination.

Kardashian was joined by her mother, Kris Jenner, who also wore white in the form of a chic blazer and a pair of stiletto ankle boots, and seemed very happy while walking alongside her daughter, who looked far less pleased. This may have been due in part to discomfort in her feet.

Up-close shots of Kardashian's caged feet showed her swelling ankles and feet protruding out of the tight shoes, the straps cutting into her circulation. Earlier this month, Kardashian complained about her swollen feet "when she tweeted a snap of them after wearing caged Givenchy boots all day."

Her seemingly somber mood in the recent photos may also be attributed to reports that her boyfriend, Kanye West, will go on a tour to promote his upcoming album shortly after their baby is born this summer. Insiders claimed the reality star is "furious" at West for planning on jetting off so soon, leaving her alone with her newborn.

However, TMZ recently revealed that Kardashian plans to join West on his tour, with their child. The gossip site was told that the star had the touring company arrange for cribs and soundproof hotel rooms at every stop along the way. West has not yet confirmed yet whether or not his tour will go global.

The Daily Mail posted some info on why women's feet swell during pregnancy, citing Dr. Roger W. Harms, who advises very pregnant women to stay off their feet and avoid standing for long periods of time during this period, as well as drink plenty of fluids and wear supportive tights and stockings.

"Your body produces and retains more fluid during pregnancy," Dr. Harms said. "Also, your growing uterus puts pressure on your veins, which impairs return of blood to your heart. In turn, this can lead to swelling in the legs, ankles and feet. Hormonal changes might play a role as well."

He would likely advise Kardashian to cut back on the caging heels.
