'Five Nights At Freddy's 4' Demo & Trailer: Halloween Update, New Trailer Released -- Spinoff First Look! [Video]

"Five Nights at Freddy's 4" remains to be among the favorite survival horror game that players are always looking forward to having their hands on. Everyone has just celebrated Halloween and Scott Cawthon, the developer and designer of the game came with a big surprise to his fans.

According to Ecumenical News, the anticipated Halloween content of "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" is finally out. Moreover, Cawthon prepared for another treat for his fans as he released a new gameplay trailer for the title's spinoff, "Five Nights at Freddy's World."

The trailer provides a sneak peek of what the gameplay looks and how players will be able to select a character from the wide-array of characters available in the "Five Nights at Freddy's" universe. Cinema Blend has learned that the game will feature several incarnations of the popular Freddy Fazzbear and his friends as gamers level these characters up in a non-horror setting.

Cawthon revealed earlier that "Five Nights at Freddy's World" is heading in a new direction. This is also featured in the opening sequence of the trailer where it revealed the messages, "they've stalked you, they've scared you, they've haunted you." The message ended in a light tone, "but now they're cute" followed by the characters popping up.

Parent Herald previously reported Cawthon's Halloween update for "Five Nights at Freddy's 4." The developer announced that the update will come with lots of goodies and menus including, cheat menu, challenge menu, and twists on the familiar mini game.

Cawthon also disclosed that he has a new game on the mind, but it's definitely not the fifth franchise of "Five Nights at Freddy's." He admitted that it's challenging for him to release a playable demo of the game on the same date. However, he will do his best to at least share provide a sneak-peak of the game.

As for the new update, it's available on Steam for download. Ecumenical News has learned that fans who downloaded the patch also found a new option to launch the game in either the normal mode or the Halloween edition.

If one opts for the Halloween edition, he will be rewarded with new challenges after surviving the game's sixth night. But, that's not all, he will also have access to classic characters and new mini-game, the Fun with Plushtrap that will come with a whole new twist. According to the report, those who are fan of the following characters Mangle, the Puppet and Balloon Boy would really love the update.

For those who haven't tried the latest update for "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" better check it out. On the other hand, "Five Nights at Freddy's World" is expected to be available next year.
