Beyoncé Pregnant with Baby No. 2: Jay-Z and Blue Ivy Expecting Company

After much media speculation (and much insider denial), it's official: superstar mama Beyoncé is pregnant with her second child to her superstar husband Jay-Z, according to confirmation from multiple sources to E! Online.

It looks like the famous couple's daughter, Blue Ivy, will soon be getting a new sibling, something the singer has shared she always wanted for her daughter.

Recent photos of the pop star from concerts and at this year's Met Gala, where the singer wore a custom-made Givenchy gown that seemed to hide her belly, caused fans and tabloids alike to speculate on whether Beyoncé was pregnant. 

When she canceled a concert in Belgium as part of her Mrs. Carter World Tour Show reportedly due to "dehydration and exhaustion," TMZ reported this was the most common excuse used by celebrities who wanted to keep the real reason for hospitalization quiet from the media.

It looks as if they may have been right, at least in this case. The 31-year old mama recently spoke to ABC News about wanting to give her 1-year old daughter, Blue Ivy, a sibling, as she had enjoyed being a big sister to fellow singer Solange Knowles.

Though she remained tight-lipped when asked exactly when she and Jay-Z were planning on having another child, the star said vaguely that it would happen "at some point, when it's supposed to happen," and it looks like that point is now.

A source close to the singer recently slammed rumors that she was pregnant with her second child. "This rumor again? Don't be silly," they said to US Weekly, claiming it would not make sense for the star to get pregnant while on her big tour.

Beyoncé's last pregnancy was similarly kept quiet from the media until the last minute, when she revealed her unmistakable baby bump onstage while her husband Jay-Z performed at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.

It looks like an official congratulations is in order, as the speculation can finally come to an end.
