'Spectre' Review & Cast: Who Is The Next James Bond? -- Top Actors Listed Here!

With the latest 007 movie "Spectre" now showing in theaters, fans of James Bond might be having a ball. However, as current Bond actor Daniel Craig gave hints that it may be his last portrayal of 007, it may be good to know who the next possible Bond could be.

The Huffington Post reported that Craig has expressed his intention to not go back to being Bond again.

In an interview with Esquire, Craig said “I have a life and I’ve got to get on with it a bit.”

Time Out London interviewed Craig if he would like to do another Bond movie, and he responded, “Now? I’d rather break this glass and slash my wrists. No, not at the moment. Not at all. That’s fine. I’m over it at the moment. We’re done. All I want to do is move on.”

It seems the 47-year-old doesn't want to be Ian Fleming's agent again. But fear not, fans. The internet has some rumors about who the next actor might be.

Michael Fassbender, who portrayed Magneto in the "X-Men: First Class" franchise, is a top choice for Forbes. Fassbender is a great talent with a name to bet, adding Steve Jobs to his credentials now. He just might make a good Bond.

British actor Idris Elba, who has done well in his roles, has been touted by Bond girls Gloria Hendry and Trina Parks.

Parks, according to Variety, said “I think he'd be great. He's a wonderful actor in all that he's done.”

Henry Cavill, who is currently the man of steel, is another potential Bond actor. In an interview with Men's Health UK, he expressed that he would like to try it.

"The Bond people are wonderful, and I'd like to work with them," he said. "But it all depends on directors, and scripts, and whether they want me to do it.”

Having portrayed Bane in “The Dark Knight Rises,” actor Tom Hardy has also been championed as the next Bond. Entertainment Weekly reported that an Ireland-based online betting firm said that the star is the favorite among betters to become Bond.

Hardy, in an interview with Sky News, didn't rule out playing the role of Bond either.

“I think anybody would consider doing Bond, wouldn’t they?” the actor said.
