Kim Kardashian Baby Bump Stylish in All-Black Outfit, Still Wearing Heels (PHOTOS)

Although she has been the subject of much media scrutiny for her wild and often extreme maternity looks, reality star Kim Kardashian looked chic and stylish in a flattering black dress while out for dinner in New York City with her mother Kris Jenner and friend Jonathan Cheban on Sunday.

The star wore a sleek all-black outfit consisting of a black dress with leather trimmings that hugged her pregnancy curves, sheer black stockings and a pair of simple black heels, according to the Daily Mail.

Kardashian wore the same dress in a recent Instagram photo she tweeted of herself while posing next to fashion editor Rushka Bergman, who also wore a lovely black dress. "Me & my girl," she wrote as a caption to the pic, including the hashtag "#sideparttwins." Kardashian even styled her hair the same way while out to dinner at Cipriani in New York with Jenner and Cheban, a public relations consultant, who escorted the star from their car to the restaurant.

The heavily pregnant Kardashian left her boyfriend Kanye West's SoHo apartment for some bonding time with her mother and closest friend, getting her style groove back and wearing her hair long, straight and parted to the side, hanging over one shoulder. Kris Jenner also looked stylish in a flaring pink coat, leather pants, black stiletto boots and fingerless leather gloves, finishing the outfit with a small black and white Chanel bag that hung across her body.

Kardashian's maternity attire has been a hot topic of conversation and controversy ever since the star announced her pregnancy late last year. Most recently, she became the subject of criticism and mockery after being photographed wearing perspex stilettos that dangerously squeezed her swollen feet and appeared to cut off her circulation. Kardashian kept it simple on Sunday in a pair of pointy black heels, forgoing her beloved stilettos for a night.

Despite all of the critique the mama-to-be has been receiving, she did get a supportive tweet from pop star Cheryl Cole earlier this week, who praised the star for being "tough" amid all of the daily criticism, and wished her the best for her pregnancy. Kardashian responded with thanks, saying that Cole's message "really touched" her.

Kardashian is due to give birth to her first child in July, a month after her boyfriend Kanye West releases his upcoming album.
