Gwen Stefani and ex-husband Gavin Rossdale were not together as a couple anymore, but despite their split, they are still brought together with the scandalous controversy surrounding their failed marriage. Just recently, reports claimed that the Bush front man cheated on his wife with their nanny.

Rossdale's affair with the nanny, Mindy Mann broke when another nanny gets the iPad for one of the boys, and discovered an intimate exchanged of messages between the two. She discovered that the nanny-mistress even sent him naked photos, so she informed Stefani about it, E! Online reported.

The "The Voice" coach was already suspicious about her husband, so she confronted him. However, he denied it and came up with the story that he was just flirting with her. However, Stefani has seen it with her own eyes and couldn't bring herself to believe in his excuses.

"She couldn't get past it and was devastated this was going on right under her nose. She asked Gavin to leave and knew the marriage was over," a source told the news outlet. Rossdale moved out from their home in Beverly Hills after a few weeks and stayed into a property in nearby Bel-Air.

Well, while Stefani was broken-hearted after being fooled with two of the people she trusted, Mann seems to be lucky enough. An insider, in 2012, revealed that the nanny-mistress received a big paycheck from the couple to support her in starting her own business, according to Radar Online.

"They loaned Mindy the money to launch Pint Size Kids, which is an indoor playground," said the source. "Mindy didn't plan on asking Gwen and Gavin for the money. It was Gavin who discovered the funds were needed to get the business open."

The source added that Stefani "is all about empowering other women, and thought it was a good investment." The celebrity mom was all for it, but it also open the doors for Rossdale and Mann's romance.

"But it was around the time that Pint Size Kids opened that Gavin and Mindy became romantically involved," the source continued. "Gavin would often bring his kids there to take enrichment classes. Things got very intense with Gavin and Mindy very quickly."

Rossdale and Mann are no longer dating and the business is still operational. The source added that Rossdale's ex-mistress is great with kids. She was concerned that her business might slow down after her affair with Stefani's ex-husband went public.
