Kanye West, Kim Kardashian's Baby North West Meets Uncle Lamar During Hospital Visit [Photo]

Lamar Odom is blessed with good friends and family. After his near-death experience due to substance abuse, people dear to him were quick to rush to his side and millions prayed for his recovery.

The former NBA basketball player continues to receive love and support from his hospital visitors. While he remains in a rehabilitation center in Los Angeles, a source told E! News that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West visited him on Sunday.

Kim and Kanye took their daughter North West with them and it was one of the first times, the former Los Angeles Lakers basketball player has met Kim's mini-me in person. The said visit was also the first time for the American rapper to see Khloe's ex-husband in the hospital. The entire family spent a few hours in the hospital before heading home.  Check  out photo  here.

The report suggested that in a recent interview with "On Air With Ryan Seacrest," Kim was asked about Odom's progress since he was found unconscious at a legal Nevada brothel. "He's here and he's alive, but to say it's not a long road and to say he's fully better is not the truth either," the celebrity mom revealed. "He has a lot of work to do and a lot of communication therapy and having to learn to walk again and to talk again. You never know if he'll ever be the same again."

As Odom gets by on his recovery, his ex-wife and her family remain supportive to the popular athlete. Kim still sees him as a family and vowed to do what they can to take care and protect him. In fact, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star is encouraging the people to continue their prayers for him. "It's a really unfortunate, sad situation all the way around the board, and I just encourage people to keep on praying because the road is nowhere near over."

On a separate note, Khloe already told Odom that he has a brain injury but she didn't tell him what caused it because it will probably set him back. He is confused most of the time and they constantly remind him that "every day is different," ESPN reported.

Khloe revealed that Odom is still struggling in mumbling words, but he is "learning how to walk again and feed himself again, put sentences together." Many are wondering if her support to her ex-flame could open doors for a possible reconciliation.

Khloe, who is dating Houston Rockets guard James Harden, remains married to Odom. They hold off their divorce due to his condition. Their set up is difficult to comprehend, but she just joked about it. "I'm just gonna say I'm, like, part of polygamy now," she said. "I have a husband. I have a boyfriend. That's a way easier thing to say."
