Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt News: Celeb Mom Talks Strange Sex Scenes, Looking Forward to Growing Old With Husband, 'We See The Beauty in Each Other's Changes'

It's been 10 years since Hollywood A-list couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt appeared in a film together in "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," but that came to an end in their recently released film "By the Sea." Now, Jolie, 40, opens up about the strange feeling of shooting sex scenes with her husband Pitt, 51, as well as looking forward to growing old with him.

“There were a few days when we thought this wasn’t the best idea," says Jolie to The Independent regarding working with Pitt. "By the Sea" is a  romantic drama film written and directed by Jolie starring Pitt.

Rapid News Network notes that the film is about a couple who has lost spark in their marriage, showing how they fall apart as well as throw their distaste and frustration at each other. With regard to filming intimate scenes with Pitt, Jolie described it as "odd." She said, “Love scenes are odd anyway, but when you’re doing a love scene with a person that you really have sex with?”

However, unlike the couple that the celebrity stars are portraying, Brangelina's relationship seems to be solid. Despite past rumors circulating that the two are in the midst of a divorce, a recent interview with People magazine reveals how Jolie is looking forward to growing old with her husband.

"Brad and I are fortunate because we see the beauty in each other's changes," says the "Maleficent" star. "I'm more interested in his 50-year-old self than his 40 year-old-self. And then you look forward to even more years together."

She also revealed to the magazine how working together in "By the Sea" solidified their relationship, saying, "It strengthens a relationship if you can pass those big fights and those big things where you really come head-to-head."

"If we had just married and were just starting a relationship it would have been a disaster, but because we have been together so long we wanted to see how far we could push our relationship and our love and see if we could work together under very intense circumstances and with very complex issues and see if it would make us better," Jolie explained via The Independent.

"As much as we can argue and fight, and we all have our challenges, at the end I say, 'My job is to love him," she tells People.

Jolie and Pitt are parents to six children: Maddox, 14, Pax, 11, Zahara, 9, and Knox and Vivienne, 7.
