'Clash of Clans' Update: Witch Level 3, Minion Level 7 & More -- Details Here

As the update release comes nearer and nearer, fans are getting all the more excited for “Clash of Clans,” the addictive, phenomenal “epic combat strategy game” from game maker Supercell.

Over the past week, Supercell has unveiled various details that tease players to get the highly-anticipated update. On its Facebook page, the game developer has posted different videos that give off what the enhancements look like, and how they work.

Here's a quick rundown of the exciting upgrades that “Clash of Clans” will have:

Town Hall Level 11

Earlier it was reported that the major update will be bringing along a higher level for the Town Hall. It is said to look like it has an open top, and will be white in color.

Along with the upgraded Town Hall comes a slew of other enhancements:

Witch Level 3

The game will now have a level 3 Witch that can summon an additional skeleton. This means that instead of four, she'll be able to summon five. Additionally, the number of summoned skeletons alive at any one time will now be ten instead of eight.

The International Business Times reports that level 3 Witches will look different with a new dress, headgear and a staff.

Minion Level 7

These flying creatures are also coming with an upgrade: level 7. These level 7 minions will have a new look, with their fiery orange wings, and apparently they won't look like the yellow banana-like things from “Despicable Me.”

Although currently, exact details about the minion's capacity or stats aren't known yet, it won't hurt to wait until the update arrives.

Extra Defenses

The upcoming update will also bring with it additional defenses that players can use. These will come handy as the map has been enlarged, increasing the need for stronger defenses.

The update will give players the opportunity to use a plethora of defenses for their base: eight Archer Towers, five Wizard Towers, seven Cannons, and four X-Bows. Add to these the new EAGLE defense tower, and you'll hope to have your village well defended from raiders and looters.

The Wizard Tower is also reportedly getting an upgrade to level 9.

Additional Enhancements

The update is also said to enable upgrades to Gold and Elixir storages up to level 12. This means that players will have a higher maximum for both resources, at 10 million each.

The Laboratory will also be upgraded, and some troops will be as well. A new hero is coming too.

Yibada reports that the update might very well arrive December 10.
