Kate Winslet Pregnant with Baby No.3

Kate Winslet is expecting baby no.3. According to media reports, the 37-year-old "Titanic" actress is expecting her first child with husband Ned Rocknroll, and the new addition to the family is expected to arrive by the end of this year.

"I can confirm Kate Winslet is pregnant and she and Ned Rocknroll are thrilled," a publicist told BBC.

Winslet is already mother to two children from her previous marriages - Mia (12) with film director Jim Threapleton (1998-2001) and son Joe (9) with director Sam Mendes (2003-2010).

The couple is overjoyed with the news, People magazine reported.

After her break up with Mendes, though Winslet dated model Louis Dowler, their relationship didn't last long. In 2011, Winslet met Rocknroll and got engaged and tied the knot with him the following year (December 2012).

The actress, who learnt acting as a child, has always loved kids and had earlier expressed her wish to have lots of children. "I'm hoping to have more kids," Winslet told In Style in 2006. "I don't know whether one or two. Oh, God, I would love to have more."

No wonder then, that Winslet, who has grabbed many awards and recognitions in her life, decided to expand her family once again.

Winslet, who received the CBE award last year, told the Queen that she loves her role as mother more than her role on the silver screen: "I said yes, I liked it, but not as much as being a mother," Winslet told BBC, while referring to her talk with the Queen. "She [the Queen] said, 'It is the best job'."

She is definitely going to prove her role as an ideal mom once again, as she had earlier revealed to In Style about her willingness to do anything for her children's health and welfare. During the chat, she also had revealed how she hated the idea of giving expensive gifts to children and spoiling them.

"It makes me sound like a domestic freak," Winslet told In Style, of making her children's favorites like salmon and lamb; and added, "but I care very much about my kids' nutrition."
