Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Lauren Hashian received a wonderful gift for the holidays. A new member of the family has just arrived that will surely add joy to their lives.

Here are the three things you should know about the early Christmas gift for Johnson and Hashian.

1. It's a girl!

People reported that Johnson and Hashian welcomed their daughter on Wednesday morning, Dec. 16. The "Hercules" star already announced the gender of his baby in November where he shared a selfie with his then-pregnant girlfriend.

"I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more... IT'S A BABY GIRL!!" he wrote. "THANK YOU guys so much for the awesome support and love you've sent @laurenhashianofficial and myself from around the world. We're so grateful for this blessing and thrilled to share the news with y'all."

2. It's Johnson and Hashian's first child.

The couple has been living together for almost a decade, and it is definitely a pure joy to finally have a baby. In an earlier interview with Esquire, the "Fast and Furious 8" actor could not help but gush about his longtime love.

"I've lived with my longtime girlfriend, Lauren Hashian, going on, like, eight, nine years now," he said. "We spend a lot of time with my daughter in Florida, Simone...We do these stories and we talk so much about the business end, the success end, but then Lauren isn't mentioned and my daughter isn't mentioned. I always like making sure we find the balance and my home life is in there and Lauren Hashian is in there and my daughter is in there."

3. She's Johnson's second baby.

Johnson is already a dad to 14-year-old Simone, his daughter with ex-wife Dany Garcia. A source revealed that the "Pain and Gain" actor is a great dad. "He's a great dad already, and now he's being blessed with another child. Everyone is so excited," one insider told People.

According to US Weekly, the new mom just joked about her baby's size over the weekend. She posted a photo of herself with the actor and captioned it with: "So grateful and in awe of this time." She added: "To experience creating a little life is just incredible. This beautiful cycle of life and womanhood beginning again. And like Big Daddy says, couldn't be prouder of all the kickass women she's going to have around her! And men of course ... #LetsJustHopeBigDaddyDoesntweigh20lbBaby."
