Kelly Clarkson: Twins on the Way For the Singer?

Is Kelly Clarkson expecting twins? The country-pop singer may have revealed in the recent interview that she is going to have two babies coming out. The rumor started when the American Idol said, during an interview with a radio station in Dallas, Texas, that she will have a handful after she gives birth.

"I'm gonna be everywhere once I get these kids popped out and done," she told 103.7's segment of Leigh Ann & Courtney Uncorked, as relayed by E! Online.

The 33-year-old artist and her husband, Brandon Blackstock, are expecting their second child next year. Clarkson's choice of words sparked speculations from fans that the two might be expecting two babies.

The radio station host noted how Clarkson referred her bundles of joy as "kids" and asks a silly question to listeners if the singer just admitted she's having twins. The "Since You've Been Gone" songstress just laughed at it and said "That's why I look all...," before cutting it off.

The pop star has always been so open about her struggle with the second pregnancy. She has mentioned that it is not how she expected it to be, especially that her last one was not so difficult.

"I have this thing, like one percent of women get, it's called hyperemesis," Clarkson admitted during the interview.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is a complication few women will go through during their pregnancy period, in which they experience vomiting, severe nausea and weight loss, as reported by Entertainment Today.

Clarkson revealed that the experience is horrible and is something that no woman would want to go through their pregnancy period. "It's like the darkest places I've ever been in my life," she said.

If the speculations are correct, this would not be the first time an announcement was made unexpectedly from her with regard to her pregnancy. At the show in Los Angeles in August, the singer unintentionally announced that she is pregnant creating media frenzy thereafter.

"This is not how I wanted to announce [that I'm pregnant]," Clarkson explained to the crowd after making the unexpected revelation. "My makeup artist is backstage hating me. I didn't want you to think I'm on pills or something."

She later apologized to her husband for revealing her pregnancy and said that she did not plan all of it. "I'm just so hormonal. Everything is great, I haven't vomited yet. That's a win y'all," she said.

Meanwhile, Clarkson's rep confirmed that she will not be having twins. However, many fans believe otherwise. Until the "Heartbeat Song" singer makes the announcement herself, rumors will continue to linger around.
