Kim Kardashian Post-Pregnancy News: ‘KUWTK’ Star Talks About Baby Number 3, Says 'My Boobs Look Enormous!'

Kim Kardashian finally came out last Thursday, December 17, few days after giving birth to son Saint West. The 35-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star appeared to fans via a livestream session with fans.

"Should i live stream? what's everyone doing?" the wife of Kanye West tweeted beforehand. "ok gonna live stream real quick. log onto my app now!"

Us Weekly shared that Kim sported a cleavage-bearing top and a lipstick from younger sister Kylie Jenner's Dolce Lip Kit collection during the chat. She rocked braids and told her fans that she will be wearing the same hair style for a while.

During the session, Kim even mused about her boobs! "My boobs look enormous, which they are," she said. "I have just been chilling at home with the baby and being cozy in robes. I decided to put makeup on."

However, while Kim is trying to relax and get her prebaby body back, new reports claimed that the reality star has already been considering to have her baby number three. Life & Style shared that Kim was sighted in a sneak preview for an upcoming episode of their family's reality show talking about her pregnancy weight gain with mother Kris Jenner.

"Yeah, I'm not worried about after...I'm just worried about number three, that's when your body really starts to slip," North West's mom shared. "Number three? Whoa! Can we just slow down and have number two?" the 60-year-old Momager responded.

Kim, who is still pregnant when the episode was filmed, added that she is still uncomfortable with her changing body. "I'm 25 pounds up on the scale today, and I'm only half way there, last time I gained 50, but I delivered six weeks early and they say you gain the most at the end," she detailed. "I probably would have gained 70 [last time]."

"You have to remember that you're making another human being and that you were able to really get in the best shape of your life after the baby," the girlfriend of Corey Gamble said.
