Madonna And Her Children: Popstar Shares Photos Of Her Children Online, But Will She Win Custody Of Her Son?

Although Madonna is currently in a custody battle for one of her kids (15-year old Rocco Richie), she makes it no secret that she is proud of her children. The 57-year old superstar has recently shared multiple photos of her kids.

The first of these photos was posted on Madonna's multiple social media sites. It features her eldest daughter Lourdes and the caption simply reads: "She needs a moment!"

Madonna also posted photos of her other children, including a throwback photo with her estranged fifteen-year old son Rocco where she calls him the "sunshine of [her] life." She also posted photos of her other son David and daughter Mercy James.

The posting of these photos coincide with her fierce custody battle with ex-husband Guy Ritchie. It is worth noting that her son Rocco has said that he would prefer to stay in London with his father. He has also reportedly refused to see his pop star mother.

However it seems that Rocco doesn't have much choice than to see his mother after Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Deborah Kaplan has stated that he needed to do so in order to continue with hearing proceedings. "I'm directing the child to be returned to New York. If he wants to stay with his father, he must return to his mother," Kaplan said during a hearing which Madonna herself attended. According to CBS News, the court will appoint Rocco his own lawyer when he gets back to New York.

There has been much speculation about why Rocco does not want to see his mother. According to the Daily Mail, it may be because he was forced to work backstage during his mother's Rebel Heart tour. Some fans have also speculated that his mother's propensity to post embarrassing photos of him to her 4.7 million Instagram followers was the last straw.
