Jennifer Lopez’s Secret To Her Toned Body Revealed : No Alcohol And Coffee, Sleeps At Least 10 Hours, Eats Kale And Sprouts And Has Two Trainers

Jennifer Lopez reportedly follows strict diet by not drinking alcoholic beverages and coffee. She also sleeps at least 10 hours a night, eats vegetables like Kale and sprouts, a trains with her two trainers one on each coast.

According to Independent.IE Lopez says that staying in shape at her age is not easy and should work hard in maintaining her curves.

"I love a good nine or 10 hours, but I can never get that," "So seven or eight is mandatory. [If I don't get it] I just don't feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time."

She also talked about training with her two personal trainers because it gives her body a much-needed balance.

"When I am in New York I work out with David Kirsch - he's an amazing trainer," she explained. "When I'm in L.A, I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body."

When asked about what she eats and her two sons Emme and Max, she answered "We eat a lot of green vegetables, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, broccoli and kale," "I love to cook a lot of stuff, I love cooking Puerto Rican food because that's what I grew up on."

Lopez also talked about her youthful skin glow and her secret in maintaining it and that is avoiding alcohol and caffeine. According to her, it's a total skin wrecker.

"I don't drink or smoke or have caffeine," she admitted. "That really wrecks your skin as you get older." "I am rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreens," "I've never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself."

Meanwhile, reports say that JLO is happy and contented with her life and no longer waiting for her Prince Charming.

"I was waiting for Prince Charming. Everybody I met was going to be the guy I was going to spend my life with. And then you realize, 'I'm strong' I'm my own keeper, my own saviour. That's been the journey for me."
