Theo James, Shailene Woodley Romance: 'Divergent' Actor 'Regrets' Proposing To Ruth Kearney; Ditches Girlfriend For Shailene?

Theo James and Shailene Woodley may have wrapped up shooting for the movie adaptation of "Divergent: Allegiant," but rumors surrounding the alleged couple's relationship have yet to die down

According to Master Herald, James has been spotted spending more time with his longtime girlfriend Ruth Kearney. Back in November, the two took some time off their busy schedules to go on a romantic vacation in Prague. Snapshots of the happy couple also circulated online, to the disappointment of "Divergent" fans rooting for James and Woodley to get together.

While James and Woodley are both attached, multiple sources suggest that there was a time when they started secretly hooking up. As they had incredible onscreen chemistry, many fans believed that this is very plausible.

Insiders claim that Kearney felt quite relieved after "Divergent: Allegiant" wrapped up. The "Jet Stream" actress was allegedly starting to get worried that James would leave her for Woodley.

It also did not help that James decided to postpone his wedding to Kearney in order to focus on his career. Some, however, speculated that it was because he was having second thoughts marrying his fiancé and was starting to develop "strong feelings" for his co-star.

According to Youth Health Magazine, James admitted that he will miss everyone in the cast of "Divergent," particularly Woodley, once the franchise wraps up. He said that he will miss seeing everyone almost every day, especially since they all lived in an apartment block, which felt like a "camp." He added that they all have a few drinks of tequila after work to celebrate.

"We all hung out a lot. It was fun. We were all in this one apartment. We're all sharing a bed - me and Shailene just shared a single bed and were just like spooning every night!" he joked.

"Divergent: Allegiant" premieres March 18.
