Bauer said that most of the ingredients of the tacos are not-so-healthy, according to Huffington Post. Cleansing should help you take out the gunk out of your body.

"A cleanse is all about getting the junk out of your diet and fueling your body with healthy food," she said. "But hey, if the taco is made with all healthy ingredients, then sure. It could fit right into your program." 

There are just a few simple steps to do this cleanse; just eat tacos from breakfast, lunch, up until dinner for 30 days straight. Sources say that it will make your chakras realigned into an optimal taco pattern and even start your day with such enthusiasm.

Also, sources say that doing this taco cleanse will help produce healthy beards to those people who are hairless. It will also help women conceive a child and become pregnant few weeks of doing it.

The Taco Cleanse is created by Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger, and Jessica Morris. They claim that this diet will be the last diet a person will need.

Amidst the shocking revelation whether the new fad diet is true or not, the taco cleanse book that was released was filled with 75 vegan recipes - which pretty much explains why it's really possible to lose weight.
