This article contains spoilers for "Blue Bloods." Read on to learn more about this story.

"Blue Bloods" Season 6 Episode 13 titled "Stomping Grounds" was one of the best episodes this season and it was one of the most watched episodes as well. According to TV Line, the latest episode drew in a total of 11.4 million viewers with a 1.5 rating.

The latest episode of the CBS drama focused on all of the characters in the series, instead of just giving the spotlight to one or two characters. Aside from this, there was also an interesting take on Jamie (Will Estes) and Eddie's (Vanessa Ray) relationship.

As Carter Matt noted, many fans and viewers have been hoping to see Jamie and Eddie's relationship turn to something romantic, and Jamie's feelings may have something to do with how he reacted during their confrontation.

As seen on the latest episode, Eddie was being taken advantage of by a superior and Jamie immediately came to her rescue and asked that the officer be transferred to Staten Island. This may already be taken as a hint that there is really more to Jamie and Eddie's relationship.

Meanwhile, the publication also reported that "Blue Bloods" Season 6 Episode 14 will be airing on Friday, Feb. 12.

While not much is known about the upcoming episode yet, the publication noted that this release date may be the network's attempt to stretch out the season all the way until May.

The good news for fans, however, is that "Blue Bloods" Season 6 may air a couple of episodes in a row after this two-week hiatus.
