Hot Choc-Colada

According to Buzzfeed, this boozy hot chocolate was inspired by a summer Pina-Colada and adding coconut and rum to your cocoa. Start with a large pot over medium heat.  Whisk together the cocoa powder, coconut milk, condensed milk, salt and pineapple juice. Then, reduce heat to steam and add water and rum. When the desired temperature is reached, dip edges of glass into honey, letting the leftover drip off. Pour some hot chocolate into glass then pipe whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with some toasted coconut and serve hot.

Black Cherry Bourbon Hot Chocolate
