He decided to model what the British Prime Minister has done in order to bring light to this issue. They have held into that record for that long more than any other places that are known for having a rich economy.

Now, Obama is starting to go over this change by wanting U.S. companies to disclose how much they are paying both their male and female staff in order to see the gender pay gap. The government is becoming more considerate of the people's welfare knowing that it would affect each person's family and lifestyle.
