'The Flash' Season 2 Air Date, Cast & Update: Barry, Wells Take A Trip To Earth 2, What To Expect; Supergirl And The Flash Crossover? [Spoilers]

The high-rated TV series "The Flash" has had many wonderful episodes in their first season and this season 2. Now, the series is almost at its 13th episode and stories are unfolding fast. So, what's going to happen on "The Flash" episode 13?

If the released teaser trailer is right, then Barry (Grant Gustin), Cisco (Carlos Valdes) is going to travel across the multiverse together with Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) to Earth-2. The reason why the trio of is going to travel to Earth-2 is because they will try to save Well's daughter, Jesse (Violett Beane) from villain, Zoom (Tony Todd).

Now this is no walk in the park rescue operation; after all, Zoom has gained strength and speed after he was given a shot of The Flash' speed. It seems to appear that The Flash and Zoom will have another showdown and fans cannot wait for the episode.

The trailer also shows us the characters' Earth-2 counterparts, including Iris (Candice Patton), Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and even Barry. Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) on the other hand is very different from herself in Earth-1 than on Earth-2 where she is the formidable villain, Killer Frost.

In other news, there is highly likely a crossover between The Flash and Supergirl coming this spring. According to CBS, there will be a crossover between the two superheroes although the plot of the story is yet to be disclosed.

"We are so incredibly excited to announce something that we have dreamed of happening since we starting making Supergirl," Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg, who are executive producers on both series, said in a statement. "We want to thank Grant Gustin for making the time to come visit (on top of his already immense workload) and all of the folks at CBS, The CW, Warner Bros. and DC for working this out."
