All parents would love to think that their child is talented. But some gifts, talents and skills are yet to develop until a child reaches a certain age. Don't shut them down just because it is not something that you are not interested in. Some parents make that mistake of reliving their own dreams to their child. Don't be one of those; instead, let your child be whoever they want to be.

2. Don't Write Off Unusual Passion

As parents, there would come a time where the interest of your child might make you think it is too advance or unrealistic for them. It is not a good idea to tell them not to pursue it just because you think it is impossible or it is something you think not doable for them.
