Kim Kardashian Baby North West FIRST PHOTOS: Kim and Kanye Take North to Grandfather's Funeral [VIDEO]

Kim Kardashian is out and about after giving birth to baby North West in June. The reality star first appeared as she joined boyfriend Kanye West and North on a doctor's visit, and the new family recently attended West's grandfather's funeral in Oklahoma where she appeared carrying North.

The 32-year-old reality star, who gave birth to her first child on June 15, was in the Midwest to attend the Aug. 17 funeral for West's grandfather, Portwood Williams, who died on Aug. 10 at the age of 98.

Despite the somber occasion, paparazzi were present to snap any photos of the reality star and her infant daughter. Kim Kardashian is seen wearing a black dress with fringes, sunglasses and beige heels. In one photo, she is seen holding North who is covered by a hoodie sweater, with her little feet peeping out. Kim Kardashian looked radiant and is already getting into great shape following the birth. She kept her look very toned down and demure for the somber occasion, but a form-fitting black mini dress definitely showed how her post-baby weight loss efforts have been working for her.

Grandfather Williams had met Kim before he passed away and expressed his fondness for her, saying she is "just as sweet as she is beautiful."
