‘The 100’ Season 3 Spoilers & Updates: Clarke Faces a New Threat; Romance with Lexa Finally Confirmed?

"The 100" Season 3 is getting more intense with every episode, as spoilers for the upcoming episode of The CW sci-fi drama entitled "Hakeldama" reveal that Clarke is about to face a new threat. Will the entire camp be killed as an aftermath of Pike and Bellamy's actions?

"The 100" Season 3 Episode 5 titled "Hakeldama" will see Clarke (Eliza Taylor) facing a new threat, especially after learning about Bellamy (Bobby Morley) and Pike's decision to kill the Grounders located outside their camp, Inquisitr reported.

The episode title "Hakeldama" also seemingly reveal some interesting details about the series. According to the publication, the term refers to a word in the Bible, which means "field of blood" because it was the place where Judas resided and killed himself after betraying Jesus.

The term is also used to describe an area of bloodshed, which may hint that the upcoming episode may show loss of many lives. "The 100" spoilers from the publication reveal that Clarke may be forced to choose between her camp and protecting Lexa's side.

As "The 100" executive producer Jason Rothenberg explained in an interview with TVLine, fans and viewers will get to see Clarke's attraction towards Lexa.

"At the same time, there's no doubt that Clarke feels tremendous amounts of attraction towards Lexa, but it's something she's still resisting. As you saw, when she tried to kill her this week, she couldn't; there's something too strong there for her to fight," he said.

Does this mean Clarke will continue to protect Lexa and risk going on a war with the Grounders? The Grounders will definitely want someone to pay for the price of the lives of they lost, will Bellamy choose to sacrifice himself or will the entire camp need to go on war?

"The 100" Season 3 Episode 5 airs on Feb. 18 on The CW.
